Legal & Guarantee Terms

1. Who we are

The Coach's Toolbelt ("the Toolbelt," "the Product") is published by The Blue Collar Wave, LLC, d/b/a TradesCoach OS ("we," "us"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these terms.

2. The 45-Day Client Guarantee

Our promise on the sales page is simple: close your next client within 45 days of purchase or get your $97 back. Here is exactly how that works.

To be eligible for the guarantee refund, all of the following must be true

1. You activated your access. The access code from your purchase email was used to enter the Product. We verify this on our end.
2. You took the first step. You completed the Practice-Readiness Diagnostic (Module 01) inside the Product. It takes a few minutes and it is genuinely where the work starts. We ask for this so the guarantee protects coaches who used the tools, not purchases that were never opened.
3. No client closed. 45 days have passed from your purchase date without a signed or paid engagement as defined above.
4. You asked within the window. Your refund request reaches us between day 45 and day 60 after purchase. Requests before day 45 fall under this guarantee only if you'd rather wait for the window; requests after day 60 are outside it.

How to request it

Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, with the subject line "45-Day Guarantee." Tell us, in a sentence or two, that no engagement closed. That's the whole process. No forms, no calls, no hoops.

How you get paid back

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Refunded purchases have Product access closed.

Limits

• One guarantee claim per person and per business entity, ever.
• The guarantee applies to the $97 purchase price only. It does not cover other costs of running your business.
• Abuse of the guarantee, including repurchasing after a refund to claim again, voids eligibility.

3. Standard refunds outside the guarantee

The 45-Day Client Guarantee is the refund program for this Product. Because the Toolbelt is a digital product with immediate full access, we do not offer separate no-questions refunds outside it. If something is broken on our end, such as an access code that never arrives or a product defect, contact us and we will make it right regardless of any window.

4. Results, earnings, and testimonials

The results named on our sales page are real and specific to the people named: Sandi closed her first client 11 days after starting with the Toolbelt, Peter closed his next client in 25 days, and Angela closed her first client in 39 days. They are individual results, not a promise of yours.

Your results depend on your effort, your market, your background, and factors outside anyone's control. We make no guarantee of income, revenue, client volume, or business results of any kind beyond the specific refund promise in Section 2. Worked examples on the sales page, including fee and revenue figures produced by the Pricing Calculator, are illustrations of how the tool computes, not projections of what you will earn.

5. Not legal, financial, or professional advice

The Toolbelt includes contract templates, fee exhibits, invoices, scripts, and business guidance. These are educational materials and starting points, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and using them does not create any professional-client relationship with us.

Have a licensed attorney review any agreement before you send it to a client, and consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, and financial decisions. The same advisory appears inside the Product itself, because we mean it.

6. Your license to use the Product

Your purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable license to use the Toolbelt in their own coaching or consulting practice. You may use and adapt the templates and scripts with your own clients. You may not resell, share access to, republish, or redistribute the Product or its contents, and you may not use them to build a competing product.

7. The Product changes over time

We improve tools, add material, and occasionally retire or rework modules. Your purchase covers the Product as it evolves. We do not guarantee any specific module will exist in its current form forever.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.

10. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, the "Last updated" date above changes and the current version applies from that date forward. The guarantee terms in effect on your purchase date are the ones that apply to your purchase.
