The Coach's Toolbelt is a product of The Blue Collar Wave, LLC, doing business as TradesCoach OS, referred to here as "we," "us," or "TradesCoach OS." By purchasing or accessing the Toolbelt, you agree to the terms on this page.

When you purchase The Coach's Toolbelt, you're buying a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the thirty modules, scripts, calculators, and templates inside it for your own coaching practice.
Access is tied to the account associated with your purchase. Sharing your access code is a violation of this license and may result in access being revoked without a refund.
Every module unlocks the moment you buy. You have a full 30 days from the date of purchase to decide if the Toolbelt is useful to your practice. If it isn't, email [email protected] and we'll refund your purchase. No forms, no exit survey required.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
The Coach's Toolbelt gives you the scripts, calculators, and templates. What you build with them is up to you. We don't guarantee any specific income, client count, or business outcome from using the Toolbelt, coaching results depend on your own actions, effort, market, and implementation.
Any numbers, examples, or sample calculations shown inside the Toolbelt or on this website (including the Pricing Calculator's example figures) are illustrative only and not a promise of what your own numbers will look like.
The Toolbelt includes contract templates, proposal templates, invoice templates, fee exhibits, and financial guidance, including the tax reserve guidance in the Financial Tracking Toolkit. None of this is legal, tax, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradesCoach OS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of The Coach's Toolbelt, including business decisions made using the templates, scripts, or calculators inside it. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Toolbelt.
We collect the information needed to process your purchase and deliver your access code: your name, email, and payment details (handled directly by our payment processor, not stored by us). We use your email to send your access code, purchase receipt, and any support communication you request. We don't sell your information to third parties.
We may update this page from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Toolbelt after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
